And in Gurugram, the rate has been increased from 10 to 30 percent. The increase in the collector rate will make the property more expensive. In such a situation, it will become expensive to buy flats and plots here. Orders have been given to register in all tehsils according to the new collector rate.

Collector rates have been increased for agricultural land, residential, commercial, HSVP and license colonies of Gurugram’s Sohna, Pataudi, Farukhnagar, Manesar, Wazirabad, Badshahpur, Kadipur and Harsaru. There has been a change of 20 percent in the collector rate of agricultural land and residential and commercial areas under Gurugram tehsil.

The rate of agricultural land of Sohna tehsil has been increased by 10 percent, the collector rate of residential and commercial property has increased by 10 to 15 percent. At the same time, the circle rate of the plot of Haryana Urban Development Authority ie HSVP has been increased by 10 to 15 percent.

Collector rate is the rate of a property, below which the registry of that property cannot be done. Collector rate is also known as circle rate. Registry fees are charged according to the collector rate. Actually, the collector rate is the value of land, plot etc. located in an area, which is determined by the district administration. That’s why buying a property becomes expensive when the collector rate increases.

Collector rate increased in Faridabad also

Collector rate of property has been increased in Faridabad district also. The circle rate in Smart City Faridabad has increased from 4 to 40 percent. The highest rate has increased in Greater Faridabad. The rates have increased by 11 percent in Badhauli, Badhena, Faridabad Mauza and Baselwa of Faridabad Tehsil. At the same time, the collector rate of property in Tilpat and Palla villages has been increased by 31 percent.

There has been no increase in the circle rate in the sectors. There has been an increase of 8 to 11 percent floor wise in the flat. The collector rate has been increased by 30 percent in the villages of Ballabhgarh. In the colonies of Ballabgarh, the circle rate has increased from 15 to 25 percent and in Badkhal tehsil from 5 to 20 percent. In Tigaon area, there has been an increase from 3 percent to 40 percent. The collector rates of commercial and residential plots have increased a lot.
