By sending a message on this number, customers can see the information of their policy and can pay the premium of the policies whose premium is pending.

He said that in view of the rapidly increasing use of WhatsApp, this step is in the direction of increasing the convenience of the customers and advancing digital services. Now customers will be able to pay their premium from anywhere, anytime, which will not only increase the efficiency and productivity of LIC but customers will also get better services.
