8th Pay Commission: Big update on Eighth Pay Commission, salary will increase up to 44%!

8th Pay Commission: There is good and big news for more than one crore central employees and pensioners of the country. If everything goes well, their salary and pension can increase by up to 44 percent.

8th Pay Commission: After the four percent increase in dearness allowance, once again there is good news for central government employees. This time the news is about the Eighth Pay Commission. In fact, government employees are currently getting salary under the 7th Pay Commission, but the employees are demanding the 8th Pay Commission.

The employees say that they are not getting the salary as per the recommendations. They are getting less than what they should be getting. In such a situation, he is continuously demanding the eighth pay commission from the government. However, the government has made it clear that at present, they do not have many views regarding the 8th pay sum.

At the same time, before the next year’s Lok Sabha elections, the employees’ organization is constantly pressurizing the government to implement it. According to the information received from the sources, the employees union is preparing a memorandum in this regard, which it will soon submit to the government.

Central employees unions are demanding an increase in the fitment factor. Actually, the fitment factor has an important role in the salary hike and it is fixed on the salary limit. At present the minimum salary limit is 18000. Which is 2.57 times the fitment factor.

At the same time, in the 7th Pay Commission, it has been recommended to keep the fitment factor up to 3.68 times. If it is ready for this, then the minimum salary of the employees will increase from Rs 18000 thousand to Rs 26000 thousand. After its implementation, there will be a big jump in the salary of government employees.

Meanwhile, news is coming that the government is not in favor of the 8th Pay Commission. The government wants to implement such a system, in which the increase in the salary of the employees happens automatically.

It can work on ‘Automatic Pay Revision System’. If there is more than 50 percent dearness allowance in this, there will be an automatic revision in the salary. If this happens, then more than one crore central employees and pensioners of the country will be directly benefited.
